Katie brings both strategic thinking and a heart for community to her role as Grants & Fundraising Director. She leads IEF’s fundraising efforts with a focus on building long-term relationships, securing grant funding, and cultivating a strong donor network. Katie is passionate about making funding more accessible and is working to grow a team of skilled writers and fundraisers that support the big vision.

With a passion for purpose-driven communication, Maria helps shape how the Foundation shares its impact with the world — and supports others in finding the words that connect hearts and missions.

Donna is the anchor that keeps our internal operations moving smoothly. As Executive Assistant to the Founder, she provides high-level administrative support, manages communications, and helps streamline the day-to-day flow of tasks. With a knack for organization and a calm, can-do presence, Donna helps transform ideas into action and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

Data Systems & Reporting Specialist:

Bonnie is the mastermind behind the numbers and systems that power IEF’s impact. She builds and manages our Airtable databases, streamlines data collection, and ensures our reporting is clear, useful, and aligned with our goals. With an eye for detail and a deep love of clean systems, Bonnie helps the team work smarter and stay accountable to our outcomes.
